In a two-part episode of the LadyGang podcast released on Tuesday, Lovato (who uses she/they pronouns) shared, “I feel most confident when I’m engaging in intimacy.”

She explained further, saying, “Because at that moment, I’m so present that I’m not preoccupied with the things that usually cloud my judgment throughout the rest of the day. Of course, this may not be the case for everyone,” the 31-year-old Sorry Not Sorry artist shared in part two of the interview.

Lovato is currently in a relationship with independent rocker Jutes. They first crossed paths when he was hired to work on their 2022 album HOLY FVCK.

The LADYBUG artist often references how their paths converged online. In an Instagram post on August 20, Jutes expressed his gratitude for Lovato, writing, “Your art has impacted lives all over the world… including a guy from a farm in Canada who ended up in your session over a year ago.”

“Oh my goodness… DARLING!!! This is the most heartwarming caption ever!! You bring immeasurable joy to my life, and I can’t imagine it without you,” the singer gushed in the comments. They went on to describe their partner as “the most incredible boyfriend in the entire universe” and “an absolute gem of a person.”

“It’s an exceptionally joyful and harmonious relationship. He’s genuinely an amazing guy,” a source informed People magazine when confirming Lovato’s relationship with their boyfriend in August.
