After getting to know each other’s parents, it appears that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are poised to elevate their relationship to a new level.
The parents of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly considering a meetup as their celebrity children’s relationship takes a “serious” turn. According to a source cited by Us Weekly, the couple has already introduced each other to their respective parents, and now there’s an interest in bringing both sets of parents together.
The source mentioned, “Taylor and Travis have met each other’s parents, so it only makes sense that they’d want their parents to meet each other as things between them are getting really serious.” The insider emphasized the importance of a seamless blend between the families, as both Swift and Kelce share close bonds with their parents.
Despite earlier comments from Donna Kelce, Travis’s mother, suggesting that Taylor might not attend a game due to a conflicting Eras Tour show in Brazil, the source contradicted this, stating, “She’s trying to manage going to the game. It’s really important to her to be there when their parents meet.”
Since publicly revealing their relationship in September, Swift and Kelce have been open about introducing each other to their families. Swift has notably developed a close connection with Kelce’s parents, regularly attending his NFL games and supporting him from the VIP box.
During a recent broadcast of New Heights, Travis Kelce, 34, shared details about meeting Swift’s father, Scott Swift, over the weekend at the Eras Tour.
