Americans criticize Prince Harry for making an 'unwise' choice

Accusations arise claiming Meghan Markle is ‘manipulating’ Prince Harry.

Prince Harry faces renewed criticism for his purported decision to part ways with the royal family in favor of his wife Meghan Markle, with a majority of Americans believing he is being influenced by the Duchess.

The Duke of Sussex has been rebuked for allegedly lacking the same level of discernment as Meghan Markle, according to a commentator.

American media personality Candace Owens has strongly criticized Prince Harry, accusing him of being “manipulated” by Meghan since the inception of their relationship in 2016.

Following their departure as senior royals in 2020 and subsequent move to the US, where they secured lucrative deals with entertainment giants Netflix and Spotify despite lacking significant prior experience, Meghan and Harry have faced scrutiny for their actions.

Expressing her frustration over Harry’s decisions, Owens suggested that the Duke has been swayed by Meghan’s ambitions, stating that he has “followed Meghan’s American dream” and is under her influence.

Owens also criticized Prince Harry for spending only a short amount of time with the King after his cancer diagnosis, claiming that Americans are displeased with his return to the US.

“I knew they would end up in LA because that was Meghan’s dream. Her dream was to be an A-lister, and she was unable to achieve it solely on the basis of her acting merit,” Owens told GBN America host Nigel Farage.

She continued: “So she found a way to maneuver that by marrying a Prince, who, to put it plainly, is not as intellectually astute as her. He’s not discerning the situation as clearly as others are. And he has fallen prey to her manipulation.”

Owens further alleged that Meghan aimed to dismantle the royal family, asserting: “She desired fame and wealth. And I’m not saying Prince Harry was an unwitting participant. He obviously is not as savvy as her, but he also enjoyed the fame and attention in a certain manner.”

In response to Owens’ remarks, Nigel Farage acknowledged that it would be “very difficult” for the royal family to forgive Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their actions.
