Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi have competed against each other in 21 matches.
In Lahore, Peshawar Zalmi won the toss on Saturday and chose to field first against Quetta Gladiators in the second match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 9 at Gaddafi Stadium.
Peshawar Zalmi’s captain, Babar Azam, expressed his team’s intention to limit the Gladiators’ score below 160.
Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi have competed in 21 matches, with Gladiators emerging victorious in nine encounters while Zalmi secured victory in 12.
In PSL 9, Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and elected to field first against Quetta Gladiators. The Playing XI for Peshawar Zalmi includes: Babar Azam (c), Saim Ayub, Tom Kohler-Cadmore (wk), Mohammad Haris, Rovman Powell, Asif Ali, Dan Mousley, Aamer Jamal, Luke Wood, Salman Irshad, and Muhammad Zeeshan.
Meanwhile, the Playing XI for Quetta Gladiators comprises: Jason Roy, Khawaja Nafay, Rilee Rossouw (c), Saud Shakeel, Sarfaraz Ahmed (wk), Sherfane Rutherford, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Mohammad Hasnain, Abrar Ahmed, Akeal Hosein, and Mohammad Amir.
